every now and again the "pod people" come for a visit. usually they come through in a painting that is underway. I see a form and bring it to life. with this series they appeared from a blank page and for 21 days they brought with them an image and a message.
these "pod people" have requested that I share this series with you. may the perfect message find its way to you and may it support you in your highest and greatest good.

I had some not so attractive moments yesterday. I was unkind with myself and those around me. I felt awful. I was frustrated. Honestly I felt a bit lost.

I am trying to figure out what happened to cause such an upset in what I was feeling was pretty stable.

I’m not sure I even know. Do I need to know? Can I feel it and sit with it and cry? Instead of analyzing every little bit or step? can I honor it and then…

The THEN! Maybe that’s it? Eureka! The “pod people” said R•E•L•E•A•S•E and maybe that’s what I am invited to R•E•L•E•A•S•E?

The THEN! The NOW this and THEN. I have no control over the THEN! I can plan and pick outfits for the THEN, however what if the the THEN looks different. I show up in a bikini and it’s a black tie affair?
