this is a one-of-a-kind piece.
every now and again the "pod people" come for a visit. usually they come through in a painting that is underway. I see a form and bring it to life. with this series they appeared from a blank page and for 21 days they brought with them an image and a message.
these "pod people" have requested that I share this series with you. may the perfect message find its way to you and may it support you in your highest and greatest good.

yin yang. you’re not alone. there are two sides to every story. look in the mirror. what is the reflection you want to see? what is being reflected to you? who is underneath all that armor? which part of you is wanting to come forward at this time? reflect. deflect. what are you deflecting? deflecting? rejecting? what is your body rejecting? not digesting? repelling? repulsive. it can be both/and. this is not the time to dig in your heels, draw a line in the sand. perhaps what you’re seeing is you. that IS you! if what you’re seeing is not in line with what you desire, then it comes from you. look at you. see you. be the you, you want to see.
