every now and again the "pod people" come for a visit. usually they come through in a painting that is underway. I see a form and bring it to life. with this series they appeared from a blank page and for 21 days they brought with them an image and a message.

you are growing. you may not see it. it’s happening. you know how to grow. you are doing a great job. maybe the errors are mistakes, as you call them, or fertilizer for this growth. you are in a stage of growth that may seem familiar, a remembering. things may seem a bit rocky. hold steady, it’s just a growing pain. do not allow it to take you off your center. keep flowing, keep growing.
